RXGF50-50-12 washing filling capping mono-block bottling machine is used to fill beverages, such as coffee, juice, energy drinks, flavor water, soy milk, etc., the filling temperature is 65-70 degree or 85-90 degree. The filling speed is 17000-18000BPH based on 500ml PET bottle. According to drinks characteristic and filling temperature, the extra bottle rinser or washer, extra filler and extra capper are added available, it contains washing unit, filling unit, capping unit, bottle transferring unit and controlling system. It is widely used in food and juice production manufacturers because of power saving and production efficiency.
