Water treatment
Based on water analysis report and finished product characters, the complete water treat system has raw water tank, filter, RO unit, UV system, SS pipe, fittings and controlling system.
CSD processing
It contains hot water zone, syrup preparing zone, CSD blending zone, CIP system, pipeline and fitting. The whole system is meeting food sanitary requirement. The sugar is critical raw material. The syrup filtering machine is depending on raw sugar quality.
CO2 carbonator
CO2 carbonator is CO2 mixer, it is used to mix Syrup, Water and CO2 under lower temperature (0-4℃), the machine de-aerating unit, CO2 mixing unit, Plate heat exchanger, chilling system, etc., the gas content is 2.5-3.0 or 4.0-4.5 in finished product.
PET preform
Carbonated soft drinks bottle preform is different with water preform and juice drink preform.
Neck size: PCO28 (1881 and 1810);
Colorful PET preform is available;
100% new PET resign is used to make preform.
Mold
The cooling media of inner mold tube is cold water. With cold water cooling, the bottle is formed well in side of mold after blown, mold material: 7075 aluminum alloy and stainless steel.
Blowing system
PET preform is heated in the oven, then be blown with HP compressor at main blowing station.
Filling system
Isobaric filling technology is used in carbonated soft drinks beverage filling line. The filling temperature is 4-5 degree. the filling system is installed CIP system so that the filling tank can be cleaning and fill another taste soft drinks. The filling speed is from 3000BPH to 30000BPH.
Bottle warming
The bottle warming machine function is warming filled bottle temperature to ambient temperature. After that, the labeling machine and packaging machine can finish their job. Generally speaking, it has 3 spraying zone. According to clients requirement, we can extend the spraying zone to warm bottles.
Conveyor system
All bottles are transported into each machine by conveyor system. all system of the production line are linked with conveyor system.
Air conveyor: empty bottle transporting from blower to filling machine;
Plastic conveying belt conveyor: convey PET bottle;
SS conveying belt conveyor: convey glass bottle;
Roller conveyor: transport carton, pallet, PE film case, etc;
Labeling system
Labeling machine is used to stick label on filled bottle. According to label material. It has hot glue OPP labeling machine, shrinking label machine, self-adhesive label, cold glue labeling machine, etc., the available speed is from 3000BPH to 48000BPH.
Packaging system

Palletizing system
It is the final step of water beverage production line. The products after packaging machine will be stacked on pallet in the palletizing system.
