Can package gives investor a new option in beverage packaging production. And also Can gives consumer more choice to pick up. It has aluminum can, metal can and Pop PET can. It is widely used in food and beverage industry, such as water, sparkling water, energy drinks, beer, coffee, soft drinks, etc.

New can coming from can manufacturer are stacked on the pallet. The can pushing unit of de-palletizer push can move to multi lane conveyor layer by layer from the pallet. Then all new cans are sending to can washing system. it has semi-automatic de-palletizer and automatic palletizer. 

All cans will be sending to can washer to wash after de-palletizing to keep inside of can cleaning. The output is matching the complete filling line.

The washed can is sending to filling and seaming machine by conveyor system. the filler’s driving system is controlled by seamer. The seamer contains upper part, down part, can in-feed part, driving unit, etc., it is connected with filling machine directly, the filled can is sending to seamer smoothly. The filling speed is from 3000CPH to 24000CPH. 

The cleaning liquid is passing the material pipeline, full filling tank, through the distributor back to the CIP system. Then the production line can run again. the cleaning media has hot water, acid and alkali. 3 cleaning media is working properly according to the setting process.

The spraying and cooling tunnel can decrease cans temperature and make the product storage easily, and also it is good for packaging at down-stream line. After pass the tunnel, the can temperature is down to ambient temperature, and also the sealed can is pasteurized again. 

All bottles are transported into each machine by conveyor system. All systems of the production line are linked with conveyor system. SS conveying belt conveyor is necessary for glass bottle transportation in order to extend conveying belt lifetime.

After date coding, cans are turning over 180 by the can twister and are sending packaging system to pack. The twister structure is simple, easy to operate.

It is the final step of water beverage production line. The products after packaging machine will be stacked on pallet in the palletizing system.
