DXGF50-50-12 carbonated bottling machine is used to fill carbonated soft drinks (CSD), such as sparkling water, coca cola, soda water, sprite, champagne, beer, etc., the filling speed is 18000BPH based on 500ml PET bottle. After replace bottle change over parts, the filling machine can be used to fill bottle 150ml to bottle 2000ml (neck size should be same for all bottle). It contains washing unit, filling unit, capping unit, bottle neck holding transferring unit and controlling system. The extra bottle rinser or washer and the extra capper are added available in order to meet clients’ special requirement. It is suitable for food and beverage bottling companies.
Feature:
The machine frame is a welded structure of high quality carbon steel with the surface anti-rust treated and coated. The machine frame is wrapped with stainless steel sheet (AISI304).
The electrical cabinet is made of AISI304 stainless steel. From bottle in feed to bottle discharge, a PLC controls the fully automatic operation of the filling mono-bloc.
Highly effective acentric way for cap sorting to reduce the abrasion.
The filler is designed and manufactured with application of Italy technology, providing hardware guarantee for securing product quality and reducing loss.
All sliding bushes of lifting device use Igus (Germany) anti-corrosion maintenance free bearing.
It is adopted spiral descent mode for the support plate of bottom of bottle at the outlet thumb wheel. For exchanging model of bottle, it is not necessary to adjust the input height
The “capping head” is adopted magnetic-constant-torque device to ensure the high capping quality without damages.
Carried the perfect protection system to overload, it can be used to protect facilities and operators efficiently.
The primary electric components such as touch screen\PLC\transducer etc. are adopted with well-known import products.
