1. Listen and analysis clients’ requirement based on their local raw material source and market, such as PET preform supplying, water source and analysis report, bottle size, etc., WEIS provides initial advice and proposal for clients reference.

2. Based on clients budget and factory space. WEIS will engineer the entire planning, design bottle shape, pick up suitable PET preform and machines for the production line, etc., to get the efficiency production line.

Water treatment system

The system is the 1^st stage in water beverage production line, based on water analysis report, choose right processing chart and facilities are helpful for client to get good taste water. The complete system has water tank, filter, RO unit, Ozone system, SS pipe, fittings and controlling system.

PET bottle quality is depending on PET preform selection.

Mold

According to client’s 3D files or samples from clients size, WEIS provide mold drawing and make the mold after getting signed mold drawing. 

Blowing system

PET preform is heated in the oven, then be blown with HP compressor at main blowing station. 

Filling system

After blowing system, bottle are sending into washing filling and capping mono-block machine. It is critical machine for complete line.

Conveyor system

Preform, cap, bottle and finished products are transporting by the conveyor system. It is a root to link other parts of the water production line. It has air conveyor system of empty bottle, full bottle conveyor system, roller conveyor system, etc., 

Labeling system

Sealed bottle will be labeled with label in the station. Different labeling machine is chosen based on the label material. It has hot glue OPP labeling machine, shrinking label machine, self-adhesive label, cold glue labeling machine, etc., 

Packaging system

The sealed bottle with label will be packed in packaging system. Following packaging are available:

Carton packaging machine 

Palletizing system

It is the final step of water beverage production line. The products after packaging machine will be stacked on pallet in the palletizing system.
