3000BPH Juice Hot Filling Machine

RXGF14-12-5 juice filling machine is used to fill non-carbonated drinks with high temperature, such as juice, energy drinks, soy milk, etc., the filling temperature is 65-70 degree or 85-90 degree. The filling speed is 3000-4000BPH based on 500ml PET bottle. The filling bottle volume is from 150ml to 2000ml. According to drinks characteristic and filling temperature, the extra bottle rinser or washer, extra filler and extra capper are added available in order to meet clients’ special requirement when high quality products are lunched. It is idea equipment for food and beverage bottling companies lunching new products to test market with lower cost.
