Linear Self-adhesive Labeling Machine

WS-120S self-adhesive labeling machine is used to stick label on bottle directly. According to label QTY, it can do single label, double label and three label on bottle. when bottle is passing the machine, the label will be feeding and sticking on bottle directly. The machine speed is 3000-80000BPH for 500ml. It is widely used in packaging of food and beverage manufacturing factories.

Design features

- Applications: round containers labeling in industries such as pharmaceutical and daily

chemical. Positionable at the side or bottom.

- Star wheel rotary infeed, driven by precise cam indexer, 8 working positions.

- Double pressing roller structure for the labeling device, to ensure the label carrier film is

appropriately stretched without being easily broken. New labeling clutch to stablize the label

tension for smooth operation,

- 6 dimensional adjustment for the labeling station for wide adjustment. Within a few minutes,

the adjustment for any kind of labeling can be finished.

- Advanced HMI system, easy access to saved data, fault reminder and assistance information.

Process:

→ (Auto/ Manual) Container loading

→ Conveyor Transporting

→ Container separating

→ Signal detection

→ Label station receives the label-sending signal by the sensor

→ Label is sent rapidly to the required position on the container

→ Label pressing

→ Labeled container transported on the conveyor
