CGF40-10 can filling machine is used to fill non-carbonated drinks and carbonated drinks, such as juice, coffee, mil tea, beer, etc., it has filling unit and seaming unit. The suitable can size is normal aluminum can, metal can, slim can. The can volume is 250ml, 330ml, 500ml and 750ml. The filling capacity is 22000-24000cans per hour based on 330ml/500ml can. Feature:

• The machine frame is a welded structure of high quality carbon steel with the surface anti-rust treated and coated. The machine frame is wrapped with stainless steel sheet (AISI304).

• Can Filler & Seamer incorporate mechanical filling valves, with principle of isobar filling; filling part is driven by seaming part to keep sync. Oxygen levels are reduced through using CO2 to exhaust the air from the cans prior to filling, ensure the low oxygen pickup during the whole filling process.

• Can filler mainly used for beer or carbonated beverage filling. It consists of filling bowl, filling valve and rotary table etc. All parts that contact with product are made of stainless steel to ensure sanitary environment

• The machine adopts frequency conversion synchronization control, The transmission has auto grease lubrication devices (LINCOIN), which supply lubrication oil at given time according to different needs.

• Since all filling components can be lowered according to the height of easy-open can, so it does not need any can-support parts. Cans are on the same level when pass through the filler, without any lift motion during filling process.
