WS-12M Rotary Blow Molding Machine is used to blow plastic bottle of water and beverages in food and beverage bottling companies, the speed is 24000BPH based on 500ml (13g PET preform). It has preform hopper, preform unscrambling unit, dusty removing unit, preform feeding unit, preform heating, main blower, inner transportation system and electrical controlling system. It is designed and manufactured after absorbed world-wide advanced blowing technology. Comparing the linear blow molding machine, the rotary blowing machine is highly efficient with low production cost consumption. It is suitable for medium and bigger bottling plant. International brand elements are installed, such as SIMENS, FESTO, NORGEN, etc.. it is idea equipment for food and beverage manufacturers or plastic bottle making plants.

Blow Production Technology Introduction
Preform feed control: Preforms are fed into the hopper with automatic transmission device, passing through belt conveyors and rolling drum devices, and then are put into oven.
Preforms heating control: After passing the orientation plate, performs are conveyed to each performs seats. Then performs in the seats are conveyed to oven for heating. Preforms are heated through the infrared heating lamps in eight stages, Each Preform can self-rotate in the heating process, and infrared lamps in the eight stages can thermostat independently. With the screw cooling duct and heating furnace ventilation duct in the oven, excessive heating will be avoided
Blowing Process Control: Performs which are ready after heating in the oven will be put on performs conveyor orbit. Then they will be sent to the blowing mold by robot finger. After sealing by sealing block, stretching by stretching block, performs will be blown twice by two level air pressure (pre-blowing air and high pressure air), then the bottles are formed and shaped. According to technical requirements, blowing molds will be dipped in the cooling water. The entire production blowing processes are monitored by computer during the entire process.
Bottle detection and output: After the blowing process, the robot finger will remove the bottles out of the mold, the qualified bottle will be sent to bottle conveyors directly which can be directly connected to the filling line, or to the bottles warehouse.
