Which Packaging Machines Will Be Used For Custom Bottles

There are many bottled beverage products showing on the shelves in the super market, such as water, juice, carbonated soft drinks, etc.. All liquid were filled into bottles by bottle filling machine is based on liquid characteristic. According to liquid carbonated or not, filling temperature, we define water filling machine, juice filling machine, carbonated soft drinks filling machine, etc.
 

Water filling machine

 
Water filling machine (XGF series) is used to fill water into bottles at room temperature as water is non-carbonated transparent liquid. So the water filling machine is designed and manufactured with application of Italy technology based on gravity filling principle. The filling speed is from 3000BPH to 42000BPH for 500ml bottle. The water filling machine frame is wrapped with SUS304, and all parts touched water are SUS304 in order to provide hardware guarantee for securing product quality. Meanwhile, after modify some structures of the water filling valve by increasing air return flowrate, the water filling machine’s output is increased about 8%-10%, improve clients’ working efficiency and save the production cost. It is because of the particularity of water, so the water filling machine is particularly important for whole water packaging line. Good bottle sealing, nice filling environment and stable filling machine running are insured each full bottle safety when consumer enjoy it.
 

Juice filling machine

 
Juice filling machine (RXGF) is used to fill juice into bottles, although it is non-carbonated drinks, but the juice filling valve system is different with water filling machine. Because of the different filling temperature, the juice filling machine has hot filling system, middle temperature filling system and cold filling system. The filling temperature of hot filling system is 88-90 degree, which is traditional filling technology. Middle temperature filling system request filling temperature around 65-70 degree. Filling temperature is less than 25 degree is cold filling system. Hot filling needs heat resistant bottle to be filled. The juice filling machine frame is wrapped with SUS304, and all parts touched water are SUS304 or SS316 in order to provide hardware guarantee for securing product quality. There is reflux system installed with juice filling machine, so that the over flow juice or unqualified temperature juice can be collection and do sterilizing again to save running cost for juice bottling manufacturers. After modified the hot filling valve structure and enlarge the flowrate, Juice and juice with pulp (pulp size less than 5mm cubic) are filled in one filling machine to save investment for bottled juice producers particularly.
 

Carbonated soft drinks filling machine

 
Carbonated soft drinks (CSD) filling machine (DXGF) is used to fill carbonated soft drinks into bottles, because it contains carbon dioxide (CO2), the carbonated soft drinks filling valve is isobaric filling model, and the filling temperature is 0-4 degree because the CO2 will be mixed well at that temperature. The suitable CO2 content of carbonated soft drinks is from 2.5 to 4.5 for CSD filling machine. Comparing water filling machine and juice filling machine, the carbonated soft drinks filling machine need to make some pressure in filling tank first, when the filling valve is opening, the pressure is going into inner of bottle to make pressure is same between filling tank and bottle, then the CSD liquid is filling into bottle along with the vent tube. And the air in bottle is returning back to filling tank. If the filling tank is over pressure, it will be released till up to setting pressure value. Same with other 2 kinds filling machine, the CSD filling machine frame is wrapped with SUS304, and all parts touched water are SUS304 in order to provide hardware guarantee for securing product quality.
 

Different Bottle Filling Machine

XGF series water filling machine has washing unit, filling unit and capping unit, generally speaking, we name it 3 in 1 mono-block filling machine. It is used to fill non-carbonated drinks, such as water, juice, oil, soy sauce, etc.. The filling speed is from 4000BPH to 50000BPH, based on 500ml volume bottle.

Applications of bottle packaging process are in many areas, such as beverage packaging industry, chemical liquid packaging industry, etc., in beverage packaging industry, water, juice and carbonated soft drinks are very popular in beverage bottling manufacturers.
 
One of WEIS client has 45,000 square meter bottling plant, in the work shop, there are 2 bottled water packaging lines and 2 bottled carbonated soft drinks packaging lines, whole 4 lines’ layout are done by WEIS technical department. In the center of client’s company, there is general water treatment system supplying 4 lines. The whole capacity of the general water treatment system is 65 cube meter per hour. The carbonated soft drinks mixing and blending system is located right side of water treatment system, which is used to supply 2 carbonated soft drinks bottle packaging lines. Because the requirement of mixing and blending system is following with Pepsi Cola standards, the blending tanks’ volume is enlarged so that it can meet next day production line requirement. The whole blending mixed liquid is stored in the SS tank over than 24 hours at least to keep the taste. Because the client will produce drinking water and carbonated soft drinks, WEIS divides whole plant into 2 parts, one part is put 2 high speed water bottle production lines, and the other part is used to put 2 carbonated soft drinks packaging line. So the whole plant function is clear and easy for client to operate. The client has high requirement for packaging line automatization, when WEIS design the secondary packaging system of the production line, the palletizer is applied to save man power cost. The whole production line is only 5 operators to operate. Because of automation of bottle packaging machines, 24 hours running is stable and smooth. The whole packaging process of the new plant is very compact and reasonable, it makes the working efficiency is over than 95%. Client is very happy, WEIS ability and effort are approved by client.
