Reused Gallon Bottle Washing Filling And Capping Machine

QGF-1200 18.9L plastic bottle liquid washing filling and capping machine is used to fill drinking water, it contains washer,  filling and capping unit. The capacity is 1200BPH for18.9L bottle, the bottle is reused. it is idea equipment for food and beverage producing supplier.

Feature:

• The machine frame is a welded structure of high quality carbon steel with the surface anti-rust treated and coated. The machine frame is wrapped with stainless steel sheet (AISI304).

• The electrical cabinet is made of AISI304 stainless steel. From bottle in feed to bottle discharge, a PLC controls the fully automatic operation of the filling mono-bloc.

• According to latest sanitary department requirement, the cap sterilizing unit is available and installed on top of capping unit.

• The filling system totally has 9 steps, the washing media has disinfection liquid, pure water, etc.,

• The high efficiency atomizing spray nozzle installed on the roof, rinsing water is spraying and cleaning of 5 gallon appearance.
