WS-04B automatic linear blower molding machine is widely used to blow big volume bottle in food and beverage companies, the blown volume is 3L to 5L, and the speed is 2400-2600BPH for 5L bottle. It is ideal blowing equipment for water bottling company. After blown, bottles can be transported into 3-in-1 water filling machine by conveyor. It makes the whole production automation and save man power cost.
Feature:
PET preform unscrambling system: The use of closed storage hopper and bottle type promotion, can reduce 2nd pollution of PET preform. The preform recirculation device was used at the preform unscrambling, which effectively solved the preform jam phenomenon in the process. The preform elevating unit and the preform unscrambling unit have reducing motor, which can be flexibly set the speed matching with the blowing speed. Parts contacted with preform neck are stainless steel and magnesium material to avoid pollution again.
PET preform in-feeding system: The use of single feeding channel is low cost and easy to maintain. Avoid friction and preform jam during in-feeding process. The servo motor is more accurate and fast. It is effective to solve the fault of the misplacement of the preform separating. The preform on the automatic mechanical clamp, the sensor positioning, preform feeding is accurate and fast.
Main driving system: Servo drive, energy save, lower noise. After using special lubrication rail, it is not necessary for operators to add lubricants frequently, make the equipment clean, reduce the maintenance time.
Automatic heating system: The infrared lamp is heated, the penetration force is strong, and the energy consumption is low. The heating section is equipped with a cooling device to solve the preform mouth deformation issue in the heating process. Air supply and exhaust device, more temperature change of the heating section, can automatically send and blow air, it makes the heating process in a thermostat. The automatic temperature control system can be selected without manual temperature adjustment. The system can automatically adjust the optimal temperature of the bottle blowing according to the requirements of blowing products and bottle size. Solve the tedious things that regulate the process.
Blow molding system: adopt servo controlling of mold close and the curved bar connected, the speed is fast and steady, and the noise is small. It can reduce the time of mold closing and increase the efficiency. Using the pressurized plate to effectively solve the problem of the bulky mold and the thick closing line, the mold material is aeral magnesium aluminum 7075, which is light and fast. Reduce the time of the bottle forming, so as to improve the capacity of the equipment.
Finished bottle output system: After the blow molding, the clamps automatically take bottle out and put them at a special connected device, which is connected with air conveyor. Bottle are sending to air conveyor smoothly by nozzle blowing. The automatic production mode is truly realized. The cost is low, the efficiency is high, and the rate of waste is low.
