Sterilizing chain
Automatic bottle turnover and sterilizing conveyor is designed for transferring the bottles from having been washed, filled and capped, to the next processing equipment. The transfer disinfection time can be adjusted by manual regulating gear reducer wheel. The chain plates are high temperature resistant, off leveled and anti-corrosive. The evenly spaced stainless steel rectangular tubes support the conveyor so that it runs stably.
Feature
It consists of the main conveyor, bottle inlet and outlet chain.
The main conveyor is driven, through a set of sprocket wheels, by a reducer with a manual wheel. The drivers and the driven pulleys are mounted with plastic sprocket wheels, the two middle ones of which are axially fixed (1.5mm clearance on the shaft’s two ends) and the other of which can move axially with chain when contraction.
A small cylinder is set in the bottle inlet to block bottles and a large cylinder to push the bottles onto the conveyor. When a number of bottles have come in or after certain time, the photo switch sends signals for the small cylinder to open and let bottles come into bottle pushing frame. And immediately after the bottles are in the frame, the small cylinder closes and the large cylinder pushes the set of bottle onto the conveyor and promptly returns to the start position. If the small receives signal again, the block header will retract, and bottles will go into the frame one after another. A cycle begins. It is time-delay controlled.
