Labeling machine is a necessary part of product producing and packing. It sticks or wraps label on container or package body. It is widely use in food and beverage manufacturing company.
OPP labeling machine:
The label material is BOPP. The machine melts glue particle first, and BOPP label was sucked on vacuum drum after feeding and cutting from bale roller, when PET bottle is passing the vacuum drum, the hot melted glue was sprayed on label, and the label was stick on bottle body, the labeled bottle is sending to next step. The available capacity is 10000BPH, 18000BPH, 24000BPH, 36000BPH.
Shrinking label machine:
The machine has 3 parts, they are inserting label machine, steam shrinking tunnel and steam generator. The label material is PVC, PET, etc.. when bottle is passing the inserting machine, the label will be cut and insert on bottle body, then brush down to label position of bottle by brusher. And bottle with label is sending to steam shrinking tunnel. The whole tunnel is full of steam, the PVC label is shrunk on bottle body. The steam is from steam generator. The available capacity is 6000BPH-36000BPH.
Self-adhesive labeling machine:
It is named stick labeler. The glued label is putting at the label roller feeding area, when bottle pass the labeling unit, the glued label is stick on bottle body. The label material is paper, PET, etc., it has linear stick labeler and rotary stick labeler. the labeling speed is 2000-40000BPH. It is widely applicate in beverage plant for glass bottle and PET bottle.
