De-palletizing System

WS-XD de-palletizer is mainly used to de-palletize glass bottle and can in beer & beverage production line.  The main function is pushing empty bottle on the pallet to the top chain conveyor layer by layer via pallet lifting device, and then conveying into filling machine by the top chain conveyor, carry out the next procedure of production line, the de-palletizer’s advantages are: compact structure, simple operation, reliable performance, small footprint, low operation and maintenance cost, low rate of broken bottle, only 2 people to operate.

Advantages:

1) replacing manual unloading, bottle discharging and traditional empty bottle unloading machine requires only two operators, which can greatly save manpower, reduce labor intensity and increase production capacity;
2) using independent control button box to improve the accuracy of mechanical action, and easy to operate;
3) the hydraulic lifting has photoelectric detection, and the tray elevator uses hydraulic lifting, and the action is stable;
4) push bottle way is confirmed by manual operation button, speed is controllable, operation adaptability is strong;
5) suitable for unloading bottles of glass bottles of various sizes
