Carton Packaging Machine

Paper carton packaging machine has 2 kinds of sealing: one is carton wrapper with hot glue; the other is carton packing with tape sealing. It is important process for beverage package process.

Paper carton wrapper:

Carton packing machine with tape seal:

The system totally has 3 machines with connected roller conveyor. They are carton erector, carton pick & place machine, carton sealer and carton roller conveyor. The paper carton is loaded on carton erector, and carton bottom was sealed with tape. Then the formed carton is sending into carton pick & place machine. Bottles are picked up from the conveyor and placed into carton by vacuum holding unit. The full carton is sending into carton sealer to be sealed by tape.
