Hot Water System | Heat the RO water by steam, then Supply hot water to sugar dissolving, tea extracting, juice, ingredient, heat insulation layer of tank is saving energy and cost |
Sugar melting /dissolving System | Melt or dissolve sugar, after passed plate filter, get pure syrup and use in beverage blending system with ingredient and additives |
Ingredient System | make the tasting is soft and keep the product lifetime longer |
Blending or mixing System | According to proportion, mix pure syrup, ingredients, concentrate juice, RO water, etc.. With agitating system, all material is mixed well, the mixed liquid will be pump to next section |
Sterilizing system | The part is used to sterilize the mixed juice and get good taste in juice filling system, different juice has different sterilizing temperature. The whole sterilizing system is flexible to be adjusted. |
CIP System | It is used to clean and sterilize the pipe inside and fitting of beverage processing. It keeps juice taste pure. Hot water, alkali and acid are used as cleaning media in the CIP system |
Extracting System | To put tea or Chinese medicine into a basket, tank bottom or rotate tank, and then add hot water, after filtration and cooling to batching tanks. |
